    • Comment: he is just included the same way Bellanova is, a game time is nearly impossible for him except there is 1 or 2 more injuries which I pray not to happen.

  1. shinter mocking us by destroying genoa today. The quality difference is obvious. Hope Leo and Maldini using their magic to bring more talent into this team.

    • We did well in the 2nd half though. Their goalie saved them from a beat up. Milan just needed consistency through the 90 minutes – and to drop the 3-men back line.

      • Comment: this seems to happen when we play, but others score, don’t you think it is not just that?

        • What I said is it’s not a quality issue. Take Hakan for instance, he’s one of the best passers in the world right now and can push the tempo both with his passing and running. But he disappeared for the whole of the 1st half agaisnt Genoa. Almost everyone did. I don’t know why that happens and it drives me crazy. But our problem is not lack of quality. I firmly disagree with that.

    • They practically have zero injured players.. They simply had luck on their side so far playing with continuity… But it is lame of me to compare nevertheless.. as inter always drop right after new year

    • The difference is on the bench…..
(but just whisper it in case you upset the blinker wearing Gattuso followers who are obsessed with what they call “Milan DNA” which is a suposable substitute for managerial talent) shhhhhhhhhhhh

  2. They didn’t humiliate us by winning Genoa like that. Remember Juventus nd this same Inter struggled against Sassuolo nd Sampdoria resp. So, it is football.

  3. Monto refused to leave in the summer if I remember correctly considering the wages he is on he should give us his 100% anything less is unacceptable…..!

  4. Ok rino, lets not try outsmarting ur limited self morontella style. Converting to milan10ism using 2 st upfront so far has granted u 100% win record so keep at it, no funny stuffs please. By funny i mean playing laxalt or musa as dm or coming back to sinful 4-3-3.
Anyone who understands football (we hereby call them the milan10s) knows 4-3-3 will never work with this set of players and coach so theres no use beating the long dead horse.
Regarding musa or laxalt as dm, yes musa has defending skills and intelligence to be dm but then who’d play as cb, simic or zapata? Hell naw. Laxalt, well, he has speed and good attacking prowess like good full/wingback but how can he be dm who should cover wide area in mf when he cant even defend small area on the left flank? His distribution sucks too. A team can have garbage fullbacks and still win (allegri’s milan or man utd in ‘90) but mess around with ur dm like madrid post-makelele and ur doomed. So no, no musa or laxalt as dm. Bakayoko and monto suck big sweaty one but one of them should fill biglia’s role, not small box to box mauri or garbage cm berto, and definitely not musa or laxalt.
I hope in january or at least at the start of next season milan mf will look like this: suso – biglia/moutinho – fabregas – paqueta, making it easier for conte or wenger to rack up scudetto winning points

  5. Montolivo is far better than any midfielder we claim to buy from lazio called Biglia with the Bakayoko
Let give him chance to prove himself too
Good to see him back to the team

  6. I’m sure that members here that have watched milan consistently since Montolivo returned from his leg break injury can back me up on my coming comment.
The fact that Montolivo is suddenly the ‘go-to back up regista’ speaks levels about gaping hole in player recruitment from the past few transfer windows. The need for an upgrade on Biglia/ Vice-Biglia or just about any regista with consistent quality was so blatantly obvious. Biglia has shown to be quite injury prone, a long term replacement is sorely needed (i know Locatelli may/ may not have been the one before he asked to leave). The coming fixtures without him will show how desperately we needed that sort of player. Even if Bakayoko turns it up, the lack of creativity from deep on the pitch should show and honestly I’m quite worried.

  7. Why is it that gatuso can not give Allan halilovic chance to play he is a good player with lot of skills.

    • I wonder the same thing.. Halilovic is good at dribbling the ball and his passing is very good. He had some bad moments in his career some due to his management team, the clubs he has played for and of course poor form but he really should be ahead of players like Borini for sure.

I feel like he’s a wasted talent similar to André Silva. I maybe wrong but i like what I’ve seen in Halilovic the few times i saw him play so its a bit strange he’s not getting any chance to play.
