André Silva will be the new player of Sevilla, but it remains unclear whether they’ll have a buy-out option.

After selling Nikola Kalinić to Atletico Madrid yesterday, Milan continue to thin out the squad and today they agreed the transfers of Luca Antonelli to Empoli and also that of André Silva to Sevilla.

According to Sky’s Gianluca Di Marzio and the Spanish AS, Sevilla and Milan have found an understanding over the loan of the 22-year-old striker, who only joined the club last summer for €38 million.

It is said that all the deal is missing now is the medical check-ups and the signatures. Silva will soon take a flight to Spain to start a new chapter in his career. Di Marzio and AS make no mention of an option to buy, but RadioRossonera’s Pietro Balzano Prota says there will be such option.

With both Kalinić and André Silva out of the goal, it’s possible that Carlos Bacca will stay and will be a back-up option to Higuain with Cutrone; the Colombian is in the squad to face Real Madrid.

Comment:i think milan should opt to by back.

If there’s an option we really don’t gain anything from this deal. No finance for this window, if he plays well we lose him while his value is low, and if he does bad his value goes down even further. A one year loan however would be good, La Liga defenses aren’t as good as the ones in Italy, so maybe with that and consistent playing time he can get more playing time and confidence. Higuain isn’t getting any younger, Andre Silva is crazy talented, maybe he can put it together in Spain and comeback as a very good player… Read more »

It’s a dry loan..

He was one season wonder that fassone and mirabelli overpriced and paid 38m for him ,just like they also wanted to do for belloti, pratically this guy have a long way to go and grown , so i think we should allow him to go on and grown up.

I think the dry loan deal is ok.. I so much believe and trust this guy. I bet he will do well in La liga. Then return to take his place in Milan.

Not a dry loan,bt with option to buy for 30mil

I never wish him to leave milan.
In my. perspective, it seem as if Milan want Higuian and Bacca to nurture Cutrone. it will be a competition for then ( strikers) also to in the league.
I wish him the best and return good.
him and cutrone are our future.

I dun understand why we not keep him for at least 1 more year before evaluating his worth, he still young and 1 year flopped doesnt justify his worth, but now we likely keep Bacca which is 31 years old already if we loan out Silva..Should sell Bacca and keep Silva instead imho.

Comment: I doubt if he will leave because this guy has every potentials to succeed
