Frank Kessié thinks Milan played well against Spurs, and reacted to André Silva and Mateo Musacchio’s comments.
Milan lost their second International Champions Cup game as they were beaten 1-0 by Tottenham, who were not at full strength to say the least.
The Rossoneri had plenty of goal scoring chances but once again it was shown that they need a top striker (a Higuain).
“We played a good match but we can do even better than this, we have to start winning the games,” Kessié told MilanTV after the match at the U.S. Bank Stadium. “Scoring more this season? I would like to score a lot of goals this year but I adapt to the coach’s system. I play as a mezz’ala and I always have to support the attacks. With Çalhanoğlu in midfield, I have to run a bit more than when I play with others because he is not so used to doing this kind of work. I have to help him on the pitch and run a little more.

He’s talking about scoring a lot of goals as a midfielder instead of assisting. I am not surprised Kessie as you had more shots than through pass. No wonder our midfielder is zero.
Did he play well last night? I am worried he will be painful to watch this season too as he didn’t look like improving from the other pre season match against United.
Work on your passes, learn when and time to release balls.If he could work on these he’ll be excellent.

@ Sheva, we fell for it. I have never seen an extremely poor player like kessie all my life. He does absolutle nothing. No technic, can’t pass. Just run up and down aimlessly. Seedorf at his present age will do mush better. We should better keep montolivo and give more playing time to Mauri
