Milan Badelj is a name that interests Rino Gattuso, as Manuel Locatelli could go to Sassuolo.

The Rossoneri continue to think about reinforcements and according to Gianluca Di Marzio, there was a meeting between agent Alessandro Lucci, and Gennaro Gattuso & Massimiliano Mirabelli.

Di Marzio claims that all three men would like to see Milan Badelj wearing the Diavolo shirt. The Croatian can arrive as a free-agent as his contract with the Viola from Firenze expired on June 30.

It is said that the idea of Gattuso and Mirabelli is to propose the profile of Badelj to the new ownership, as Rino would like to add more experience to the squad which will be playing in the Europa League next season. Should this happen, it’s likely that Locatelli would go to Sassuolo.

The young midfielder was on the verge of a move, but Elliott blocked the transfer as they believe he can be of more value in the future. Badelj waits for Milan, with Zenit interested in him as well.

Id rather keep Locatelli. I am not really convinced Badelj would be better option. Loca would surely improve alot given more playing time.

Yeah Giving more time true but its impossible to give him more time now so Milan should sign M.Badejl and sell Locatelli only on buy back option

I hope Badelj keeps waiting. He simply is not good enough.
Loca played an amazing game against Novara. He is determined and he will take that first team role from a certain mediocre Argentine middle aged midfielder who keeps losing balls and offers more blase performances than notable ones.

A big no to Badelj. I can’t believe we are even interested in this guy. And for the love of God please get rid of Montolivo this season.

I am beginning to loose faith in Gattuso if he is continued to be linked to requesting average players like Badelj. He wasn’t even a starter for Croatia. Smh

I am also ready to see the end of Mirabelli. Both him and Fassone are idiots.

Not a Badelj fan but:
He wasn’t even starter in Croatia?
You mean he wasn’t starter in one of the best midfileds in the world?
Not the best way to describe how bad he is.
