Suso is fully recovered and is ready to play from the first minute against Palermo with Deulofeu and Bacca.
The Spaniard trained normally with the squad in the last few days and according to Mediaset Premium and Sky Italia, he will play from the start in the next match, instead of Lucas Ocampos.
Suso suffered a left thigh biceps femoris injury last month but on Sunday (15:00 CET kickoff at Stadio San Siro) he will make his return to the squad and to the starting XI and will most likely play with Gerard Deulofeu and Carlos Bacca in the 4-3-3 of coach Vincenzo Montella.
Sky also reports that Mattia De Sciglio will return to the XI with one of Davide Calabria and Leonel Vangioni playing on his opposing side in defense. It’s also said that Jose Sosa will be the regista with Juraj Kucka on his side and one of Mario Pasalic and Matias Fernandez in the other midfield position.
Milan have to beat Palermo in order to keep the chances to make it to the Europa League alive. The Rossoneri are currently in 7th place, one point behind Inter, who they face later this month
