ALESSIO CERCI is still a goal of Milan and Adriano Galliani is expected to have a meeting with Torino’s Urbano Cairo on Sunday.

Milan are searching for a striker to replace Mario Balotelli who is departing for Liverpool but a right winger is also needed at Milanello and negotiations for Cerci could resume on Sunday.

“Over the last few days we haven’t had any more contact with Milan. As you know, Adriano Galliani had other issues to deal with…” Torino President Cairo is quoted as saying on Saturday’s Tuttosport. Alessio played a great season, so it’s natural he has offers from not just Milan, but other clubs too. If there is a concrete and important proposal for him, of course we won’t hold him back, but it has to be an interesting solution for Torino too. We still have 8 days. Cerci is a Torino player and we’d be happy if he stayed with us.”

It’s believed that Galliani and Cairo will meet in Forte dei Marmi tomorrow to talk about the winger. La Stampa reports that Milan’s latest offer is €13 million plus 50% of Antonio Nocerino (co-ownerships are still possible until the summer of 2015). Galliani is reportedly also interested in inserting Riccardo Saponara into the deal but Torino want M’Baye Niang.

The future of Cerci could be resolved in the next 48 hours. It is in Milan’s best interest to resolve the Cerci situation as quickly as possible so that they’ll be able to focus on getting a striker & a midfielder. Torino’s valuation of Cerci is €18m.

Milano

Finish Cerci quickly, let’s hope Martinez/Destro arrive, and a midfielder too.

I don’t agree with giving them saponara or niang permanently

Some Guy

Giving them Niang on loan however would be brilliant, he’d get precious game time, and we’d get Cerci.

Sheva

give both niang and saponara permanently and pazzini as free bonus

once again Berlusconi managed to screw everything up. we need to buy Forward, Right-Winger and a Midfielder in 8 days and sell 7-8 players. and for this season to be successful we need quality players but “we can’t keep up with Sheikhs” so Pandev, Dzemaili and some Belgium winger will arrive. when we Falcao/Martinez, Cerci/Costa and Rabiot/Grenier. i don’t understand people have clubs to have fun and to see their club win but this guy doesn’t like to spend money and doesn’t want to sell it either well until we end up in serie b.

Alex44

In my opinion we should get Cerci (Give them Nocerino+Zaccardo), Martinez/Destro and Grenier (maybe Rabiot).

In Realitiy we will get Pandev, Dzemaili and Torres.

chris

why not just forget about this deal completely. find someone else, even taarabt will do since we don’t want to spend much. if Milan spend 13mil on cerci plus a player I don’t see them spending what is required to sign a good striker. let’s not settle for Torres and the likes, so let’s put all efforts in getting only a good striker and a good midfielder. cerci won’t be what he 3 seasons from now anyway

Faroos

If u guys remember, Cerci was valued at 6 Mil last summer and Galiani wanted him but berlu just had to say I want a playmaker not a winger
Seriously of Galiani Only has the money Milan would be in a way better shape

Increasing reports about Torres…. typical

I knew Torres would be the guy we were closest to, I’ll just stay in my bbed and cry all day. Man even this late there r 30 strikers I’d prefer to have.
