GIAMPAOLO PAZZINI couldn’t finish today’s training session with leg pain according to reports.
Pazzini scored a hat-trick for Milan against Bologna on Matchday 2 of the Serie A to win the game and that earned him a call-up to the Italian national team for which he featured in the 2-0 win over Malta.
il Pazzo’s place in the starting XI against Atalanta seemed to be a sure thing but he’s now in doubt for the game as he picked-up an injury to his right leg in today’s training and left the Milanello pitch a bit early.
Pazzini didn’t finish the training as precaution and he’ll be assessed tomorrow to see if he can feature against Atalanta at Stadio San Siro on Saturday at 20:45. If Pazzini doesn’t make it in time for the game, Allegri will have Stephan El Shaarawy, Bojan Krkic and M’Baye Niang to pick from as others are injured.
Milan will have to deal without a number of players against Atalanta and Allegri can’t really remember a time in which he didn’t have many injuries to deal with since becoming the coach of the Rossoneri squad.
