Pazzini picks up right leg training-injury

41

GIAMPAOLO PAZZINI couldn’t finish today’s training session with leg pain according to reports.

Pazzini scored a hat-trick for Milan against Bologna on Matchday 2 of the Serie A to win the game and that earned him a call-up to the Italian national team for which he featured in the 2-0 win over Malta.

il Pazzo’s place in the starting XI against Atalanta seemed to be a sure thing but he’s now in doubt for the game as he picked-up an injury to his right leg in today’s training and left the Milanello pitch a bit early.

My Two Cents – Allegri Finally Coming Out Of His Comfort Zone?

Pazzini didn’t finish the training as precaution and he’ll be assessed tomorrow to see if he can feature against Atalanta at Stadio San Siro on Saturday at 20:45. If Pazzini doesn’t make it in time for the game, Allegri will have Stephan El Shaarawy, Bojan Krkic and M’Baye Niang to pick from as others are injured.

Milan will have to deal without a number of players against Atalanta and Allegri can’t really remember a time in which he didn’t have many injuries to deal with since becoming the coach of the Rossoneri squad.

omg… well at least “good news” that he’s only doubtful for the Atalanta game i hope it’s not more serious than that… things were just looking good on the injury front. Let’s hope he can at least make the bench for the Atalanta game, if not then for the Champions League match…

our training methods clearly are killing us. I think we spent too much time trying to be physically fit (heavy running, too much tactical drills that require heavy physical exercises), than actually trying to be good with the ball. These physical drills are clearly wearing off the players. I know some people think it has something to do with bad luck, but it OBVIOUSELY has something to do with the way we train. Our players’ bodie are worn off by this intense tactical drills that involve an absurd amount of heavy running which our coach clearly prefares. we have to… Read more »

I haven’t thought of this before, but I think Allegri himself is turning us in to a smaller club than we are. Of course are transer strategy has a big deal in it, but Allegri wants Milan to run down our opponents, instead of actually being better at playing. Look at our midfield. We have ONE technically gifted player that can create chanses, and that is Monty. The others are just hard workers that are good at taking the ball back, and for me personally, I includ Boa there. I have never thought of him as the trequartista we really… Read more »

Yes,take a look at our midfield!! It’s filled up with defensive midfielders….no real good attacking-minded midfielder on there[thanks to Galliani inept handling of transfer players].So now the question is,what do you expect Max to do? Go borrow Di Maria,Xavi or Fabregas from their respective teams to come play for Milan?

Speaking of trequartista,Boateng or Robinho is our best bet. Typical two-face Milan fans, sharrawy is offensively good play him there-then when Max does and it backfires…then they switch sides and post any piss-poor comment to ridicule the coach ”why play sharrawy and not Boateng”? Lol….You people are really funny!

I wrote “Of course our(corrected) transer strategy has a big deal in it”. And it really has. But after what I’ve heard Allergri REQUESTED a defensive midfielder before De Jong arrived. With Montolivo as his only offensively gifted midfielder. Why not a midfielder with De Jongs salary and skills, but with an offensive mind instead?

I’m not saying that Allegri should make offensive wonders with the squad he possesses. No one could. I’m just begging him to try!

We have defensive minded players, but they’re not similar to each other. Flamini and Nocerino are most alike, De jong and Ambrosini are most alike, he wanted a player who could play in front of the defence, and Ambrosini was the only one who could pull it off, and he can’t play a full season, I think the signing of De Jong was spot-on, especially considering the price.
And Allegri was not against the move of Kaka, but he requested a midfielder, and Galliani kept on going after attackers.

Ok, I give in. My point is that I want an offensively strong Milan, while Allegri seems to prefer a more defensive one.

Pazzini is a great player!
He need to play alone! without a couple!
Look at this formation!
……………………………
_____________Abbiati_____________

Aabte___Acerbi___Mexes___Antonini

Coonstant_____DeJong_____Nocerino

______Robinho_________Boateng_____

______________Pazzini_____________

Robinho 45′ – Bojan
Constant 60′ – Flamini
Mexes 70′ _ Zapata!

This is the best formation to play UCL

We need to think also in:

Montolivo
Pato
Emanuelson
Gabriel
El Shaarawy
Muntari

For me, this AC Milan is a great team, we only need passion!!

I thought we wanted 25 squad players in the summer isn’t it?now we have 32 and yet we suffer injury blows so often that the desired 25 players will soon be achievable. But this what I don’t understand, we play so slow and languid and without so much pace but yet we pick injuries like is pizza!

i heard, pazzini’s injure in muscul, it’s not so hard, they say, he will be fit the match vs Atalanta! and i hope it’s true, because i think he is the one who can score right now, cuz we have so many injured, like pato and robinho they don’t play, so it means, the right time is for pazzini and i hope he is fit for Atalanta!

u think if it has something with allegri’s training methods, it wouldn’t have been reviewed after last season, when galliani promised 2 look into it? I dnt knw d way u guys think. U think allegri himself likes d injuries, u think he will continue d training methods if its d cause of d injuries, injuries dat will hamper results, which wud in turn affect his job. Really ur hatred for allegri is blinding u. And he clearly picked up d injuries while training for italy nt milan. Also dis is a knee injury….hard training is associated with muscle injuries.… Read more »

I only hope that De Jong and Ambrosini don’t start together unless Bojan,Emanuelson and Boateng are to play behind Pazzini and even then I would want Nocerino to be in place of Ambrosini.
