CESARE PRANDELLI has decided to snub Cassano and picked the Milan striker instead with Nocerino.
Pazzini said that if he scores for Milan he’ll be back in the Italian national team and after his hat-trick against Bologna which won Milan the game and brought them first points, Prandelli has called him up.
Milan had gone very Italian against Bologna as 10/11 starting XI players were Italians. Italy are facing Bulgaria and Malta on Friday and next Tuesday respectively but Prandelli has chosen just 2 Rossoneros.
Ambrosini: “Juventus a level above Milan”
Pazzini: “Milan have desire to do well”
Antonio Nocerino is included in the squad for the World Cup qualifiers along with Giampaolo Pazzini, who according to reports beat Inter’s Antonio Cassano in the race for the call-up. Ignazio Abate and Riccardo Montolivo are injured (Monty is officially out for 2-3 weeks while Kevin-Prince Boateng is out for 15 days).
Mattia De Sciglio and Stephan El Shaarawy, who were included in the last Italy squad for the England friendly, were left out but have got a call-up from the Under 21 team. Urby Emanuelson has also been called-up for the Netherlands’ World Cup qualifiers games but new midfield signing Nigel De Jong wasn’t as Holland boss Louis Van Gaal said he wants to give him time to settle in the new environment in Milano.
The Milan players were given two days off after the Bologna game and will return to training tomorrow. The break is a long one as training resumes just on September 16 with Milan hosting Atalanta at San Siro.

Forza Pazzo
Lol….this serves him right! Thumbs up, if you think Cassano doesn’t deserve to be called up in the national football team again.
What a Loser….!
Skill is important but the spirit is above all in sports. Attidute problem is not accepted anywhere and Cassano will surely have to pay for it.
Nice call-up pazzini keep it up
or he might just play with a bandage on
Hahahaha am laughing at the greedy and mannerless cassano
Forza milan FORZA ITALIA. Wondering why Balotelli isn’t called up?
Eye surgery
Am happy for PAZZINI. Milan changes life. I know he will improve a lot.
That serves that inconsiderate ingrate prick right! What kind of a man would abandon the peole who took care of him when he had a freak stroke.???? To join a merda bunch of loosers? ……..FORZA PAZZO!!!!!
I am happy fr him dis is what milan does to u
Cassano was trying to assure Inter fans that more will come from him as he is currently only at 50-60 percent. and guess what next.. Prandelli “i cant select players who are not at 100 percent” and the Inter boy’s words backfired lol
Good luck Pazzo! And I hope Noce finds his form now.
Forza Milan!
Nice things happen. I know only the matter of time we will be seing up to lyk 5-7 player from Milan in the italia team. M. Baloteli was not in the selection because he will be operating his eyes after detecting he has a eye problem.
