ZLATAN IBRAHIMOVIC is thinking about moving to City or Real, reports in England and Italy indicate.
It’s just the time of the year that rumours about Ibrahimovic start to pop up and also this year there are reports that the former Inter Swede striker can decide to end his adventure before his contract expires.
Ibra joined Milan in the summer of 2010 for €24 million in three installments – the first installment has been paid to Barcelona but there are still two to be delivered. However, apparently, Zlatan can leave Milan.
il Corriere dello Sport is reporting on Thursday that Jose Mourinho is keen to bring Ibracadabra to the Santiago Bernabeu and has already spoken to Zlatan through text messages. Ibrahimovic, according to the daily Rome-based sports newspaper, will decide on his future within 15 days, before Euro 2012 starts.
According to the English tabloid, The Sun, which is not quite known for being reliable, Manchester City boss Roberto Mancini also wants Ibrahimovic and is ready to offer him a £300,000-a-week deal. Zlatan, 30, apparently told Mancini he wants time to consider it. It’s also reported that Milan value Ibra at £25m.
Denials regarding these reports will surely arrive but it is almost impossible to know what Ibra will end up doing as he has a reputation of a mercenary; he also had differences with the coach in the 11/12 season.
Ibrahimovic won the Capocannoniere title in the past season, scoring 28 league goals for Milan.
