Milan recover trio for Genoa match

MILAN will have five players back for the Genoa game, as players are returning from injuries and bans.

The Rossoneri had to deal without 13 first team players against Chievo on Tuesday and got the three points thanks to Sulley Muntari’s rocket shot, even though they were far from convincing and struggled.

Milan lie second and with six games remaining to the end of the season, they are one point away from Juventus, waiting for Antonio Conte’s men to slip up. They take on Genoa on Saturday in order to keep up.

According to Laura Esposto from the Milan Channel, Luca Antonini, Djamel Mesbah and Mark Van Bommel will all be fit to face the Rossoblu. Van Bommel has been missing for over a month, and will probably get back to the starting XI immediately as Massimo Ambrosini is out of the game via an injury.

Ignazio Abate and Kevin-Prince Boateng are still injured and their return date hasn’t been set yet. Philippe Mexes and Christian Abbiati are injury doubts, but Daniele Bonera and Alberto Aquilani are back from ban.

Our rival isn’t Juventus or Barca, but the Injury crisis!!

winning the title was a miracle for juve, but now it’s a miracle for milan(because of too many injuries).

I’ve been waiting Mark Van Bommel to recover..He is an important anchor in our midfield..My line-up vs Genoa:

–De Sciglio—–Nesta————-Yepes——Antonini—
————Ibrahimovic———-El Shaarawy————-

wat is causing all these injuries.i just hope it is not ALLEGRI’R “training schedule”.the milanlab has to give us some answers.

Allegri training schedule?oh come on dude..Last season we won the scudetto with the same coach and the same traning regime..I think the pitch cause us these ridiculous injuries..I notice some players will slip in every matches played..It has to be the pitch behind these injuries..

really? how come inter dont have the same problem. its 100% and not 99.99% milanlabs fault. our biggest signing this summer will be kicking out the entire medical staff.

i agree with you about that..Maybe Inter’s medical staff better than us…

What’s the reason behind milan’s too many injury players?!! 13 players at the same time!!

We blame fatigue for our poor games but i beg to differ. statistics have it that we only have 5 players who have played over 30 games or more compared to Barcelona with 10 players, so where is the tiredness?even juventus also have 5 players who have played 30 or more games too.something seems to be amiss here!but the only thing i can fault allegri for is his lack of flexibility as regards tactics and formations. We will still win the league if we’re so hungry for it…

I’m disappointed with Juventus unprofessionalism..They always get lucky goals..The goal that Del Piero scored against Lazio was not valid as the referee was still busy talking with Juve players..Perhaps my biggest satisfaction as Milan fans if we win the Scudetto this season..

We just cant afford to lose the scudetto. After all we ve bn thru. Trophyless? Not an option!
