Highlights: U.S. Lecce 3-4 AC Milan

25

MILAN played like a relegated side and not the champions in the first half (that’s an understatement), and Lecce rightly punished them with three goals in the first half (4′, 30′, 37′) to stun Milan, Coach Max Allegri and the world. But in the 2nd half, the half time substitution, Kevin-Prince Boateng almost alone brought Milan back to life with his first-ever hat-trick on Italy’s soil (49′, 54′, 63′) and Colombian Mario Yepes completed Milan’s comeback with a match winner in the 83′ minute and give Milan the 3 points.

Boateng is awesome! That wonderful goal against BATE was just the beginning… this is the continuation. He’s great for our squad. World cla*ss player. Period.

Goal.com gave him an 8.5 Man of the Match rating.

The website is pathetic. an 8.5? I’ve seen them give 9s and 10s for players who score hat tricks in the Premier League… but Boateng… no… they wouldn’t do that. He deserves a 9.5-10.

goal.com is usually pretty pro-serie a to be fair. I remember them giving Ronaldinho a 10 when he scored that hat-trick against Lecce (i think?)

Goal.com has gone from somewhat neutral to being downright anti-Serie A, and pro-La Liga. Ronaldinho a 10, yet Boateng only got an 8.5? Shows bias.
