Official: Pirlo signs for Juventus

ANDREA PIRLO is officially an ex-Milan player.

It was confirmed for weeks now but now it is official: Andrea Pirlo is a Juventus F.C. player after signing a contract until 2014 on Wednesday in the Old Lady’s headquarters in Vinovo.

Andrea had his Juve medical this morning and afterwards he put pen to paper and is believed to earn €4 million per year, which is 2 million less than what he had earned at Milan.

“Andrea Pirlo is now officially a Juventus player,” reads a statement. “The club has reached an agreement with the midfielder. The contract signed is from July 1, 2011 until June 30, 2014.”

Pirlo will be presented tomorrow at 12:00 Italy time.

The 32-year-old did not renew his contract with Milan because he did not agree to accept a one-year extension and because of a tactical decision, not because of any economic reasons.

Pirlo will always be remembered as one of the best players in Milan’s history, playing over than 400 games, helping Milan to win 2 Scudetti, 2 Champions League titles and more in 10 years.

Good Luck in the Future Andrea!!

Pirlo is the best if he stayed in Milan he would achieve more. It is hard to get more if he go every thing. Juve will never be great no even with Pirlo.
Pirlo is number 21 not 11 it just won’t be the same.
