A.C. CESENA will host AC Milan on Saturday, when the clock points 20:45 at Stadio Dino Manuzzi.
Coming as obvious underdogs, Cesena will be trying to repeat their game from the first day of the Serie A against Roma and get at least a draw.
Meanwhile, less than a victory would be shameful for AC Milan, for which Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Robinho will debut.
Moggi predicts: ‘Milan first, Roma second, Inter third’
Cesena-Milan: The Rossoneri squad
The newly promoted side held Roma to a 0-0 draw two weeks ago, showing that despite they are nominees to come back to Serie B, they will not ease on the big clubs of the peninsula.
The Seahorses are clear underdogs for this match and they know it. They will be trying to gain at least one point against Milan, and they even have the required players to surprise il Diavolo in counterattacks.
Players like Stephen Appiah who played for Ghana in the World Cup during the summer, and former Inter forward Luis Antonio Jiménez are surely players Milan must watch out.
NEWS: Caserta, Chiavarini and Budan are out.
Squad: Antonioli, Parolo, Von Bergen, Lauro, Giaccherini, Malonga, Benalouane, Schelotto, Ighalo, Cavalieri, Jimenez, Ceccarelli, Colucci, Piangerelli, Bogdani, Pellegrino, Appiah, Tachtsidis, Nagatomo, Paonessa.

What a great anticipation there is to see Milan on Saturday, the new Milan. With players like Ibrahimovic and Robinho set to make their debuts for the Rossoneri, there is no way not to be excited.
Massimiliano Allegri’s side looked very good against Lecce on Week 1, as they beat them 4-0 in front at Stadio San Siro, with both Alexandre Pato and Ronaldinho showing what they are capable of on the best side.
It is still unknown whether Milan will use all the four attackers (Ibra, Binho, Pato and Dinho) already from the beginning, but also Allegri has been hoping to be able to see all the four playing for his side together tomorrow.
Milan are the favorites for this match, perhaps the favorites to win the Scudetto this season, and less than a victory would just not be stratified, and frankly, will be very disappointed.
NEWS: Flamini, Seedorf and Nesta are unavailable for injuries.
Squad: Abbiati, Amelia, Roma, Antonini, Bonera, Jankulovski, Papastathopoulos, Silva, Zambrotta, Abate, Ambrosini, Boateng, Gattuso, Pirlo, Strasser, Ibrahimiovic, Inzaghi, Oduamadi, Pato, Robinho, Ronaldinho.

Personally I’m not hoping for a 4-2-4 formation with Ibra, Pato, Robinho and Ronaldinho all playing at the same time. You need people who are going to be good at connecting defense and attack” “Midfielders”! People keep talking about playing four attackers and it just sounds too risky to me. Sure, if you’re behind and need a goal badly that would be an option, but why in the hell are these people suggesting to have them all on the pitch. This is the 10th article I’ve seen that talks in favor of it. That would create a huge imbalance, who’s… Read more »
chandler u make a good point but inter played against smaller teams with sneider eto milito an pandev and that worke fine. unthinkable dinho will come back a little bc he did in the lecce game and he win the ball more than once. against bigger teams though we shoul play flamini and boateng alongside pirlo
forza milan!! lets win this thing, 3-0
Hey buddy, thanks for the props.
As for the Inter comment, I don’t have a problem playing someone like Sneijder, who’s basically a midfielder along with 3 forwards, to me he’s like Pirlo. So I’m with you on that. Diamond midfield or 4-3-3 is fine by me…I’d put Ambrosini-Pirlo-Boateng in the midfield, behind the three forwards 🙂
Milan 5 – 0 Cessena
Pato
Ibra – 2
Pirlo
Ronaldinho
I would like to see all 4 on the pitch at the same time but not in a 4-2-4 formation, but in a 4-4-2 formation with Ronaldinho and Robinho playing wide behind the 2 strikers:
…………Ibra-Pato
Ronaldinho – Robinho
………..Pirlo – Ambro/Boateng
Antonini-Silva-Nesta-Zambro
would like to see:
Amelia
Zambrotta-Tiago-Socratis-Antonini
Boateng-Pirlo-Ambro(we really need defensive midfielder)
Pato-Ibra-R80
