Genoa want AC Milan goalkeeper Nelson Dida

After nine years with the Rossoneri, does Dida ready to go into a new challenge in another Serie A team?

Dida, 35, plays at AC Milan since 2000, short period out of loan at Corinthians on 2001/2002 season but basically, he plays for Milan for long time.

However, AC Milan second keeper could finish his AC Milan road sooner than we thought. Tuttomercatoweb.com reports that Dida has been linked with a move to Genoa this summer, as they looking to add another goalkeeper to their lines.

The Brazilian goalkeeper is spending less and less time between the woodworks in the recent time due to injuries and lack of good form. He considered to one of the best goalkeepers in the world three years ago, but something have changed.

New AC Milan coach Leonardo is trying to lead Milan to another way of game. Believing young and large squad is the way to success. A good keeper is something very important in a football team and Milan are been working on something.

Dida is not going Genoa knowing he play all the matches. They would like to bring another goalkeeper only in order to provide competition to Rubinho, who was one of Serie A’s most impressive shot-stoppers last season.

Dida is signed at Milan until 2011, but if an offer would arrive from Genoa, Milan and Dida are likely to say YES. There are four goalkeepers at Milan: Christian Abbiati, Nelson Dida, Zeljko Kalac and Marco Storari. Dida plays 182 times for Milan but scored never – : BAD SCORER)
