Should Milan sell stakes in the club?

BerlusconI

For many years, the one and only manager and owner is Mr. Berlusconi. The businessperson and the prime minister run the Bots country for over a year and he calls himself the most admired leader in the world.

The Rossoneri patron bought it in 1989! And since than he’s the only owner of the team – Under his leading at Milan he brought them to be the no. 1 team in the world for more than once as they won a number of national and international trophies. He spent tons of money over players to make the best team the earth knows. In some years, he did big transfers and since than – it is almost the same players to be in the team and some of them backed after long time out (Marco Borriello) – time to fresh the team squad!

AC Milan have to do some changes ahead the next season if they want to win Serie A and believe me they do. Adriano Galliani said more than once that big expense on one player is unthinkable as they hurled into a complex condition following they big economic fall. What he do did is say that Milan will sure bring at least two players as the final spot of this process is make the squad age lower. I don’t discus about who should Milan bring because I’m not the scout all I say is Milan need to do something with themselves quickly before Inter will take another championship.

Milan do not have money as Real Madrid nor Chelsea have. Berlusconi is a very successful executive but he is more in politics now. The Rossoneri and Berlusconi cannot afford them to spend major sum on only few players like Real Madrid who with the leading of Florentino Perez (who yet to elect but I sure he will) offers big money on some players. Manchester City is an example of wasting of money as they offered 100-130 million euros over Kaka who is worth less than that. If you do not know from where they have, the money let me tell you. In this year the last owner of Manchester City (person which his name I do not know) sold his team to Sheikh Mansour Bin Zayed Al Nahyan who own a ground in Dubai (sound similar – Milan had a training camp there), in his ground he found many crude oil. – This is worth very much money.

You think Milan need to do this move as well. Early yesterday, they were some talks and rumors in La Gazzetta dello Sport that claim that the Rossoneri owner is consider to sell his stakes in the team to Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the Emir (prince) of Dubai. It has been report that the Emir may buy 35 per cent from the giant, with a view to seizing full control of the Rossoneri over the next two years.

Milan hurry to stop the rumors about the stacks selling as they published a special announcement in the official site: “In relation to press reports regarding Fininvest selling off stakes in Milan, the club categorically and absolutely denies such allegations and there are no negotiations going on,” reads the note. Last February, Milan also denies the speculation they were in talks with Abu Dhabi United Group, which is controlled by Manchester City owner Sheikh Mansour Bin Zayed Al Nahyan.

To sell stakes there are good and bad results:

  • Good: Man like him should be very rich especially when he is the Emir of Dubai as he can pay up for many players and make the Rossoneri the biggest team in the world once again.
  • Bad: Berlusconi has good relationship and they used to him. A change like that could spin them for a while. With 35 per cent, the Prince maybe may not be the one who is in charge but if he will take control over the entire team, we will not be able to control or influence about his doings. Maybe we could but these are my thought.

What are you think about it? Should Milan sell stakes and someday be a Dubai team like Manchester City; Yes or Not and I want you to bring an explain to what you choose.
