Pato To Miss Siena Match

ALEXANDRE PATO is set to stay at the stands of Stadio San Siro on Sunday match, and wear civilian clothes due to an injury.

The Brazilian striker has missed out on the last three matches – 5-2 victory over Genoa, 0-3 winning against Juventus, and 2-1 Coppa Italia fixture following problems with his thigh injury.

Pato has been reported ready to make his comeback versus A.C. Siena on Sunday, but according to reports – which haven’t been officially confirmed – The Dutch is sidelined also for the match against the Tuscany club.

Alexandre’s problem has flared up during Thursday training and his spell at the stands has been extended. The Rossoneri’s fitness issues are not stopping here, as also Marco Borriello is in doubt for the match.

Filippo Inzaghi, who scored against Novara in the 2-1 victory in Coppa Italia, would be the center striker should Borriello stays out, as Klaas-Jan Huntelaar has been overlooked consecutively by Leonardo.

Milan midfielder Clarence Seedorf and defender Gianluca Zambrotta are still injured, but may make it in time for next week’s derby – against Inter Milan, which could decide Milan season.

Well, like you said, it hasn’t been approved, so I keep my faith open. We can do this also without him. Siena are a tough side, but Milan like Milan, are the best
