The Rossoneri general manager Adriano Galliani suggest for Chelsea not to waste their time by making offers for Alexandre Pato, for the simple reason they are not going to get him.

Reports suggest that The Blues are preparing a bid in excess of €60million (£50.9m) to lure the 19-years-old Brazilian to Stanford Bridge this summer, and make a reunite with former Milan boss Carlo Ancelotti who firstly found him at Brazil, wearing Internacional uniforms back in 2007.

But vice president Adriano Galliani has said that there is not need to offer such a rubbish bids for him because he has a very vital part in Leonardo’s plans for next season. In any case, no matter how big the amount is, he stays.

Galliani maintains that the monster offer Milan have rejected last week from the English club exceeded the €60million figure. This fact says that Chelsea were not the club to offer that much. Maybe Manchester City, who will offer anything for the player they wants, but there were no talks about that.

“We previously received a superior offer to this one and we already said no to that, so the answer would be no,” he confirmed. Milan are not any pressure to sell the player, especially after Kaka moved to Real Madrid for €69.5m (£59m) from that deal.

Pato is under contract with the Rossoneri until 2012, having joined the club two years ago. Since then scored 24 times in 54 appearances with the Rossoneri.
