GAEL CLICHY will be offered in the market this summer, as Arsenal Coach Arsene Wenger wants to get rid of the player after understood that he has not place in his team.
News of the World reports on Sunday that AC Milan and Real Madrid are ready to swoop for Gunners left-back Clichy (24), as the French youngster will finish his road with Arsenal at the end of the season.
Clichy has two years left in his contract with the londonians though. However, since returning from a stress fracture of the back, Clichy has struggled to regain his best form.

Ely Agrees To Primavera Terms
The status of Clichy as first choice player will be at risk when Kieran Gibbs (20) returns from his broken foot. Gibbs was only a replacement for Clichy at the first place, but with a wonderful form took over this position.
There is no room for Gael, as Arsene Wenger is likely to select Gibbs as first choice and while Armand Traore is on the bench, offering a decent cover, it will be good-bye for Clichy, who’s been linked with several clubs.
Last season, Real Madrid had linked with the player, as were allegedly willing to pay £16 million to Arsenal for the full rights of him. However, that time, he declared he had wanted to stay with Arsenal.
It is hard to see that Clichy will even try to negotiate for a new deal, when Gibbs coming back, so he there will be no option of a higher salary, which he could get at Milan or Real Madrid.
The Frenchman is well aware to £80,000 a week wages former Arsenal midfielder and a close friend of Clichy, Mathieu Flamini gets with the Italian giants. That’s face clearly temps the left-back.
Milan are desperate for a natural left-back after the retirement of Paolo Maldini. Milan are correctly working something hard in fullbacks position, but recent injuries hard on Leonardo to find solutions.
According to reports on MilanNews, the Rossoneri are back for Tottenham youngster Gareth Bale after reportedly tried to sign him in summer, while leaving the window to sign Arsenal defender William Gallas.

I think we could bring him. Arsenal don’t want him and Real Madrid will not be willing to pay some much. Milan need these kind of players. Bring him or Bale. I always knew Gallas was unavailable
Buy someone. I don’t care, just don’t let Favalli be there…
Gael Clichy? Really…? That’s good right…
I hope this one is true. Real Madrid always steal the players, I hope they wouldn’t bother us now…
Forza Milan!!! Sign him, he’s a good player…
he has no place at arsenal. come to us, we can use him. what is up with flamini? he’s better than gattuso and gets less time, i can’t get it…forza milan!
Clichy’s signing is something I could definitely warm up to. He’s without a doubt full of potential but his form has really dipped and Wenger is good at dumping players off to Milan when he senses that happening…
Flamini is better than Gattuso, anyways Flamini was a good choice so I hope Clichy would be too, he is great is just that Arsenal…well… Sucks. but there lost is our rewards, just like Flamini.
My first choice would be Bale, I know he will be great at Milan, but Clichy is great too, or Why not both LOL!
I Don’t think he has the strong defensive skills required in Serie A… Ali Sissokho – the summer signing that went bad – is much better. Maybe we shoul re-open that door..?
Another left full back is Molinaro – currently on loan from Juventus to Stutgart, and he did more than excellent in the game 2 days back between Barca and Stutt. Juventus already have Grosso as starting, so Molinaro may be available in the summer.
