FEDERICO MARCHETTI is only focusing on doing well with Cagliari and with Italy in SA2010.
The 27-year-old is correctly with Italy national team as he’s getting ready ahead of the World Cup and in a pre-conference he held today (pictured), he suggested that he’s not thinking about Milan link.
“I’m not thinking about Milan as for now all I care about is doing well for Cagliari,” he said in today’s Press conference from the Sestriere training camp. “I am a Cagliari player and I do my best for my team. Besides, I want to focus on South Africa.”

Former Cagliari Coach, Massimiliano Allegri, is expected to be appointed as AC Milan new Boss and he’s likely to bring Andrea Lazzari and Federico Marchetti with him. The goalkeeper thinks Allegri deserves Milan.
“He did well in his two years in Sardinia. He deserves the chance to lead Milan, as he is a great man as well as a great Coach,” Marchetti said.
