LEONARDO is calm after the 1-1 draw with Napoli that was not playing for Milan favour by much, as talks about Mancini, Pato, Inzaghi and Favalli.

Milan were down after 13 minutes as Hugo Campagnaro scored a goal after a mess in the defense of the Rossoneri. However, further 13 minutes passed and Filippo Inzaghi scored the equalizer.

This draw keeps everything the same in the top three, as Milan lose an important chance to leapfrogging Inter and get first place for the first time since 2nd of November 2008. Milan Coach Leonardo talked about the game.

“We have tried to win the game, we did well apart from the first minutes. We succeeded to come in the game and we played a great second half,” said the Brazilian.

“The ball possession was in our favour. However, the goal was a moment of confusion. Napoli was good enough to hit us.

“We paid a certain disorientation, tied to various situations. The team is happy of what it has done and not of the result.

“However, we’re calm. There’s a great spirit and a continuous search for the game.

“Mancini? He did well, he gave balance and helped in the defensive phase. Pato? We must understand the origin of the problem, whereas I think I will recover Borriello and Ambrosini for Parma.

“Inzaghi? Great spirit, he went everywhere, his will influenced everyone. He has not played for quite some time, but he never stops fighting.

“Favalli? Able to read the situations, always arrives before the others and he always gives us a lot of security, he gives us emotional balance.”
