The Rossoneri midfielder Ricardo Kaka would be present as the new obtain of Real Madrid of Florentino Perez by next week while Milan are interesting in Bayern Munich’s striker Luca Toni.

I really sick from all these rumors about Kaka but when it anything new, you can be sure I will let you know.

Kaka been link with the Spanish giant over and over and it kind of seems this time is close as it was on last January when he was very close to sign with Manchester City. Perez is standing in front of this process but he gets Milan’s help. In the last weeks both Galliani and Berlusconi were saying that they would sell Kaka out this summer because the hard financial situation.

I report about this saga a lot so you might know the story well, if you don’t – these are the main spots:

• Florentino Perez is one of the candidates in Real Madrid’s presidential election. He is lead the list of the candidates with great promising like bringing Cristiano Ronaldo, Franck Ribery, Philipp Lahm and even so Kaka. He also been thinking about few Barcelona players but there is no real chance for that to happen.

• 

  Milan accumulated a debt from last season fiasco when the finished at the fifth place and have to sell out some players to cover it. They been thinking to sell Kaka to the City this season but when it did not work out, a person that his parents called him Florentino came with nice offering to sell Kaka to Real Madrid that would be when he is the chairman.

• Reports suggest about meeting between Perez, Galliani and Silvio Berlusconi. During the meeting, they talked about Kaka’s future etc. Two sides deny that as expected and nothing really going along.
• Kaka says he would not leave Milan for Real Madrid, not now. Therefore, he end up the deal for a while when Perez took a little break but that did not extend for long.
• Florentino Perez limit €60 million for Kaka but few days after the media telling he offers something around 80 million. Not really clear if you ask me but I think he will offer something around 65 – 70 million Euros.
• Silvio Berlusconi tells to some Italian tourist in Egypt that he is about to sell Kaka, and this time for real as I reported to you few days ago. He was not quoted in his words and it is not sure he said it. This is just a speculation of the Italian media.
• The owner’s daughter says his dad (Berlusconi) to sell Kaka for 70 to maintain the family’s financial condition. A little cheek but she rights, he spending his own money and this is not a club as Real Madrid or Barcelona, which belong to the fans.
• As I reported to you yesterday, Milan ready to sell him for €65 million to Florentino Perez to cover the debt they accumulated.
• Today’s headline: Kaka could be present as Florentino Perez’s new player by next week. The Italian media reported that the Brazilian is on his way out to San Siro by next week as in Spain, they predict the same. Perez could present the new playmaker already next week’s Tuesday. The French papers say this deal is all, but done as they Kaka’s future is maybe uncertain but it not stamped in the Spanish capital.
• Today’s headline: Galliani and Kaka rubbish Real Madrid rumours. Galliani insists Kaka will stay at Milan by saying “Kaka will stay at Milan.” Kaka added: “I’ve always said that I love it in Milan.” Kaka would not leave but we cannot be sure about it.

I think it would be a wrong decision to Kaka and Milan both to let him leave. Right now, Milan are not the best team in the world, not even at Italy – Kaka he is the best player of them and he is even do not want to leave the club. Money is a big thing; that true but sometimes for gets money you need to lose some – like in regular business; if you do not buy a place for your store – would you get any money? Of course, you do not. An idiom says expense to income and Milan should listen to it.

Paolo Maldini wants Kaka to be the next captain of Milan while the others say he would stay, including him. He loves the club and really enjoy here. I do not make that up because he says it repeatedly and for some reason, Milan just not listen to him because the lust of money.

If Kaka goes, Milan will need some power in front. The Rossoneri tries to do moves into bid with Togo’s star Emmanuel Adebayor but it unlikely to happen as he said he wants to make an Arsenal remaining. Shevchenko is not the same since he turns to The Blues player and Milan cannot play forever with Pato and Inzaghi in front.

That for why Milan wants former Fiorentina star, Luca Toni. The Italian international is playing for the giant German Bayern München and he seems likely to move this summer. Toni used to play against Milan when he was at Fiorentina but the Rossoneri found him as ideal addition to next year squad.

The agent of Luca Toni – Tulio Tinti is clearly says Bayern will not selling Toni this summer. From all I see in the Bundesliga, Toni just miss, he gets the ball right from Ribery or someone else, and just miss out the goal. He is good but this year (again – I do not see Bundesliga as much as some people) was not his best one.

However, the latest reports coming from Italy oppose these comments though, as Sportsmediaset has claimed that the Milan director, Ariedo Braida, personally called Toni to discuss his intentions for the future. Toni can be good for Milan that’s for sure – he knows the Serie A and has great skills, he can play alongside Pato or Inzaghi next year.

Following the conversation that may or may not happen, Milan are feeling very confident of luring the world champion back to Serie A, so there should be several developments in regards to this particular move in the coming weeks.

One out and one in; these are the programs, but I hope that they are not come true as two or more in and one out (who is not Kaka) will happen.
