Filippo Inzaghi foresees the Rossoneri future as he enjoys those days between Confederation Cup and the pre-season with AC Milan. Uses the time for think about things, including AC Milan future. ‘SuperPippo’ sure the season will be good also without Kaka, Ancelotti and retired Paolo Maldini.

“I will go to the pre-season camp with great enthusiasm,” Inzaghi told La Gazzetta dello Sport. “Ancelotti, Maldini and Kaka will not be there. They were friends with whom we won a lot, but this does not mean that the future will not be as beautiful as the past.

“Champions are important, but Milan have an Italian foundation that will keep playing to win and open a new cycle. The fans have to stay close to us,” insisted the ex-Juventus striker. “It will be more difficult because Ricky [Kaka] is an irreplaceable player.

Milan have bought few young players to maintain the club’s young spirit that Inzaghi leads in the past years. “It will be a nice challenge with so many good youngsters. The fans’ help will be fundamental next season – more than ever – and in the end they will have fun with us.”
