The Rossoneri’s new PUMA kit has been officially unveiled, see what the Milan players will be wearing next season.
At the end of the last season it became official that PUMA are Milan’s new ‘official partner, global technical supplier and official licensing partner’, replacing adidas, who chose to terminate their contract with the Diavolo after over 20 years.
Today (Friday), the new 2018/2019 kits have been unveiled. Giacomo Bonaventura, Patrick Cutrone, Leonardo Bonucci, Alessio Romagnoli and Hakan Çalhanoğlu were chosen to model it.
As written on acmilan.com, “the first Puma kit for AC Milan plays to the club’s long history and tradition. The unmistakable red and black stripes that represent the fire in the hearts of the team and the fear they instill in their opposition are retained in a clean and classic execution.
“A vintage-inspired button-up collar, as seen on the club’s kits from the early part of the 20th Century adds to this classic and clean feel, whilst the legendary ‘Diavolo Rossonero’ appears on the back of the neck, a nod to the famous quote by Herbert Kilpin: ‘We’re going to be a team of devils. We’ll be red like the flames that will animate our souls and black like the fear our opponents will feel.'”
The new jersey is already on sale on Puma official Stores, Puma e-commerce, AC Milan Official Stores (Casa Milan Store, Milan Store and San Siro Store) and on store.acmilan.com.
