Suso has caught the interest of Inter and his agent already spoke to them. Antonio Candreva could be offered in the deal, while José Callejón has already been ‘booked’ according to reports.

The Milan mercato is on hold until the whole UEFA affair is settled, but it doesn’t stop other clubs from being interested in buying players from the Rossoneri.

According to Sky Italia’s Gianluca Di Marzio, Inter want to sign Suso and Milan have already been informed of this by his agent, Alessandro Lucci, who spoke to the Nerazzurri director of sport Piero Ausilio. Lucci is the agent of Leonardo Bonucci, and he brought the center back to Milan from Juventus last summer.

Di Marzio claims that Milan are now waiting for a formal offer from Inter. It is said that the €40m release clause in the Spaniard’s contract is only valid for clubs outside of Italy and that so Inter could offer Antonio Candreva in the deal. However, in case of a money + player exchange, Milan would only be interested in including 25-year-old Croatian midfielder Marcelo Brozović.

A replacement for Suso is believed to already be lined-up – Napoli’s José Callejón, who has a €20m release clause. The 31-year-old has been a target of the Rossoneri for some time and Di Marzio believes that the Diavolo have ‘booked’ the player, who scored 12 goals and assisted 17 last season.

Massimiliano Mirabelli said before that Milan’s objective this summer is to keep their big players, but also claimed that if someone wants to leave and there’s an adequate offer, Milan will listen.

  1. How you mean exchange Brozovic for Suso? The first is 25 year old and have 50 mil clause, and the second 30 year old and 40 mil price tag!
Straight swap between Candreva and Suso is possible due the fact that both are same ages and have same (plus-minus) value.

  2. If Suso is leaving, I wouldn’t mind. But apparently Plan A or B is Brozovic?!?! Really Mirabelli?!?! Brozovic?!?!

That’s fckng Inters garbage. Pffff….. What a joke!!!!

  3. yes sell him for 40 mil….finally milan will be able to play 2 strikers instead of wingers …… useless wingers i have to say

    • Agree. Hope Andrea Conti is 100% fit before the season starts. Conti as RM and Calabria as RB. Will be great if Milan could use the money from Suso’s trading to buy Thomas Meunier from PSG if Gattuso want to strengthen defence or to buy Florian Thauvin from Marseille to strengthen offence

  4. If there is a guy that I would swap Suso with from Inter team, it would be Joao Mario aside from Icardi of course which is totally unrealistic.

  5. Suso had a poor 2nd half of last season we all know but selling him to Inter will be a very big mistake because Suso will still decide games on his day against ANY club.

That being said, we don’t know if Gatuso is planning a change of formation and wouldn’t need Suso as much. Brozovic is a top class midfielder who only has a short fuse, he would be good for us provided they add some money which will enable us get a suitable replacement for Suso.

For me, that’s a win-win for Milan. We get a quality midfielder and at d same time sort out a quality replacement for Suso.

  6. Neither Brozovic nor Candreva are good for swapping Suso with. If we sell Suso, just stop with frikkin 433 and go back with 2 strikers.Get Meyer,Renato Sanches and then get another world class striker. You can have good young 4312 team. Suso was reason for 433, it can end with him as well.

  7. Give Suso bring Memphis depey, Give Donnarumma bring Morata, Give Biglia bring Veretout…..then grab 3 free agent Milan badelj, Bernerd, Max Meyer……..mind it 6 superb players without investing huge money……..sell Kalinic, Montolivo,Bacca, Mauri, Gomez,Niang n get handsome cash……imagine what a strong squad it will be………..if we can play Europa then keep Silva, if not then sell him coz Memphis,Morata n Cutrone will be enough for the job……Forza Milan

  8. We should sell Suso for Money not players. then we can revert back to our no winger policy and play with two strkers. lot’s of good free players on the market & we want to sign a 31 years old for 20M

    • Exactly, with selling Suso, rest of team scream for 2 strikers formation. Add to that Meyer who wants to join us,Sanches who probably would want as well, swap Donna for Morata. You get young team with players in midfield who can cover each other. Reina/Plizzari
      Calabria-Bonucci-Romagnoli-RicRod
      Kessie/Sanches-Biglia/Loca-Bona/Meyer/Sanches
      Hakan/Meyer
      Silva/Cutrone-Morata/Cutrone.
Shame Gattuso has brain of peanut, not seeing this.
All this without spending big money, yet selling Suso and rest of problems(kalinic,Monto,Abate,Gomez, etc).

  9. Hmmmm, we are doing shit on the transfer market whilst Inter has already got few big moves. Well done fassobelli incompetent management!! How much lower can we get with these two muppets around??

  10. I don’t know if most people don’t know the meaning of transfer on hold: what did you expect until after the uefa cloud is gone?

  11. Im one of those who wouldnt mind selling Suso. But to a direct rival and to Inter…no. If it were to happen, just take the money, no swap, not for Candreva, not for Brozovic, both are good on their day but very inconsistent and Brozovic has got that temper which makes him even more unreliable. Sheva mentioned Joao Mario, another one I wouldnt take, I’ve never been impressed by him and think he’s massively overrated – West Ham is a good fit for him

    • Aww man you are breaking my heart over Joao Mario 🙂 I think he actually is a good midfielder that can work hard and put a nice touch or a pass from time to time. Not a world class but for sure better than Bonaventura in midfield. He is not less consistent than Suso and would support my theory of playing with two strikers.

      • Hahah sorry mate, it sounded too rough with the way i expressed myself! Yeah you’re right about him, I thought he was solid at the Euros but no way worth the 50 million, barely 25, even with todays market climate. But he can hold on to the ball, pass it and is full of running for sure!

      • Sorry, Sheva, I agree with Milanista121 on this – I’m baffled as to how Joao Mario managed to convince anyone he’s worthy of Portugal’s #10 shirt.

  12. Players Juventus have signed on a free in the last decade…

    2009: Fabio Cannavaro
    2011: Andrea Pirlo
    2012: Paul Pogba
    2013: Fernando Llorente
    2014: Kingsley Coman
    2015: Sami Khedira
    2016: Dani Alves
    2018: Emre Can

    Unreal business. https://t.co/zYVTyyTvbg

  13. Suso is a mixed one for me, yes he has his brilliant moment, but he’s so easily isolated.
I remember my highschool coach once said “being an ace means bigger risks, the enemy would acknowledge you and change the scheme to fully contain your movements, but true ace would somehow make it works even if he’s heavily guarded”
Now, somehow I don’t see that in suso, i don’t even feel confident to call him our ace despites he did won us some games

  14. Based on the transfers rumours so far, it’s possible that milan are planning for 4231 next season – buying a good lone striker (morata/belotti), a left winger (depay/bernard), ditching suso for a proper right winger (callejon/samu castillejo/candreva), hakan as trequartista, signing badelj maybe to compliment biglia, kessie and locatelli, and possibly alternating to 4312 with a.silva partnering the new striker

  15. We had good history in swapping players with inter. Guly + Coco Seedorf + Pirlo. Brozovic Suso sounds good to me.

  16. I don’t like Suso but he is improving very fast, he is now using is right foot, I wouldn’t sell him to any team in Italy, Inter can fuck off.

Off topic, Biglia kicked himself out of the WC with his shitty performance, Silva was a ghost and Kalinic…..

I hope Gattuso is taking notes, 4231 is a flexible formation and we’ve got the men for it. We don’t have a deep-laying playmaker with biglia-monto we are too slow they are great at marking don’t have the physique to do a de jong role, now, loca next to Mussachio keeps me wondering.

  17. Im fine for suso leaving or if he stays but not to inter. A club outside of italy. Also if he is to leave i dont want any inter player unless it was perisic. Callejon is another no for me, hes 31 and although has impressive stats he missed so many clear cut chances last year it was ridiculous. If suso goes a straight swap would and should be depay get martins on a free too as back up. There are so many options out there and max meyer should be our first signing of the year asap.

  18. Suso can go but if we do a player exchange with Inter only Perisic will do. Would take Icardi too since we need a top striker.

  19. Sell Suso, Brozovic + 20/30 Mill or just cash 40-45 Mill….
sign Bruno Fernandes / William Carvalho + Pastore + Lamela with the cash

  20. Mirabelli has replied the agent appropriately… “Give us Icardi, Brozovic and Perisic and we will give you Suso.

    • Well, that’s one way to increase Suso’s value haha. Credit should be given when it’s due, and if it’s true, then kudos to him, well played.

    • Mate, are you following Irans games? Im so proud of the boys, it’s not impossible to beat Ronaldo. I mean Portugal*
Hope we can get Azmoun into some good positions.

      • Yeah man I’m all about Iran and the WC at the moment. Specially since the Azzurri missed out on the tournament.

I can’t tell you how much we are all proud, the guys are putting in a great deal of effort, which is all we could ask of them. Credit to Carlos Queiroz who is a real master of the game. It’s not impossible to beat Portugal and qualify from the group, extremely hard (Mainly because of that beast, Ronaldo), but of course not impossible.

        I hope we do it.

        • Indeed, I really hope Queiroz stays somehow. The way he has glued togethe the players, and the way they trust in him is really unique. Compare Argentina to Iran, Argentina wants Sampaoli sacked and play awful, while the Iranian players would die for Queiroz. Dont know if he will get that some place else but I do get if he wants to leave to due the messed up government. He has done so much not only for Team Melli but for persian football overall.
I think Ezatolahi and Pouraliganji (a personal favorite) of mine really deserve moves to bigger and better clubs.

  21. Former Manchester United player Memphis Depay is closing in on a move to AC Milan.Tuttosport reckon Rossoneri boss Gennaro Gattuso was in the stands for Holland’s draw with Italy to run the rule over the Lyon attacker who was in action in Turin.

The Italian giants are keen to land Depay who has already agreed personal terms. The 24-year-old has agreed a five-year deal with the Serie A side worth £4million-a-year.

Lyon value Depay at £35million and are pushing for as much money as possible due to United being owed a slice of his transfer fee.The winger was a key member of Lyon’s squad last season, scoring 22 goals in 47 games.

  22. Milan sporting director Massimiliano Mirabelli says Suso can go to Inter “but they have to give us Mauro Icardi, Ivan Perisic and Marcelo Brozovic”.

Reports emerged last night that the Nerazzurri were hoping to pull of a sensational cross-city move for the Spanish winger, who has a release clause which is thought to be worth €40m.

The Beneamata met with his agent, Alessandro Lucci, but it appears their city rivals have closed the door on any deal.

“Ok, let’s do the Suso deal with Inter,” Mirabelli is quoted as saying by SportMediaset.

“But they have to give us Icardi, Perisic and Brozovic together.”

    • I wouldnt say Azmoun is garbage. He hasn’t been good so far, that’s why I say that I hope he will come to life against Portugal! Taremi and Ansarifard are good too, perhaps they’re being ruined by not playing in their natural positions, but it’s a team game. They are doing a great job sacrificing themselves. Hope Jahanbakhsh can explode as well. Need his trickery!

    • Azmoun is definitely the best Iranian talent when it comes to strikers, it’s just that he had a quiet season compared to the previous one where he exploded into the scene. He’s not in his best form.

Still though, people judge him too harshly. He didn’t do that bad against Spain. It would have been a struggle for any striker in the world the way the game went.

      • Exactly Kourosh, just look at his goal/game ratio for Iran, very impressive. There are reports saying he could quit team melli after the WC due to the criticism he gets. Its hard to play as a lone striker with our tactic and against Ramos (who is disgusting btw).
Did you guys notice when Beiranvand played out the ball after the Costa “incident” that Spain didnt play the ball back? Disgusting, and no one mentioned it. What annoys me the most is that when Iceland play defensive against Argentina it’s admirable, but when we do it against Spain it’s boring and gets criticism. Hate double standards, what are people expecting against Spain?

  23. Well reports sayin yonghong li missed the 32m transfer dwadline and elliott will now take over. Embarassing but now what is seriously going to happen with milan

  24. Inter can dream about Suso if they want but he’s not going anywhere. Unless of course he wants to leave in which case we’ll take Perisic. Offering Candreva or Brozovic is just insulting.
