Boca Juniors are insisting on Gustavo Gomez, but at the moment Milan can’t agree to the offered terms.

Gustavo Gomez is not in the plans of Milan and it’s clear from the fact that he’s only played 10 minutes for the Rossoneri this season (in the 5-1 home win against Austria Wien in the Europa League).

The Paraguayan center back is strongly wanted by Argentine giants Boca Juniors, but the Primera División are struggling to find an agreement with Milan.

According to Milannews.it, Marco Fassone and Massimiliano Mirabelli already rejected Boca’s first offer to take Gomez, 24, on loan as they deemed it too low. Boca coach Guillermo Barros Schelotto is keen to have Gomez and talks are still alive, but for Milan to agree, they will have to raise the bid.

As for the player, MN claims that he is ready to return to Argentina, where he’d previously won the league with Lanús and he is willing to ‘drastically’ lower his salary to facilitate a move.

  1. Bocka wil never have the money to sighn Gomez as Milan asking price is 15M and at least 10M to make them sell him.
The best think Milan can do is, exchange Gomez plus 12-13M for Pavon, Milan need a left wing and Bocka is asking 25M for Pavon
Pavon is exellent. I will be happy to se him play in Milan with number 7. and Milan will save 20M not buyng another left wing.

Kalinic out recover the 20M as they will lose them all if they keep him more,

  2. Doesn’t even got a chance to play this season and he’s going to leave, while FLOP Bonucci and overrated Romagnoli keep playing everygame…. everygame.

    ridiculous.

  3. Why should we sell Gomez. He is still one of our finest defender when on field. Less error and very concentrated. Please, leave him and do away with Paletta and Zapata.

  4. When i play FM 2017 i always put him in starting XI along side Romagnolli or Bonnuci. I like how he play, just give him playing time. Remember he just arriving to italia at 2016 session

  5. With 2 natural left backs plus Calabria and Borini able to operate there, Milan are still looking for another in Werder Bremen’s Ludwig Augustinsson. Nice and don’t forget to swap Locatelli Musacchio and Gustavo with Izzu
